Attention : General Manager, The Vira Bali Hotel

It gives me great pleasure to write this letter regarding the quality of staff employed at The Vira Bali Hotel.  I checked in Thursday November 17, 2006 and from the point of pick up at the airport I found the staff to be very friendly and try their best to exceed guest expectations.

The ladies you have on reception are extremely helpful and always smiling, it was a pleasure to walk through the front door of the hotel every day.  The took the time speak with each person and understand requests or just have a pleasant chat about the days activities.

The restaurant staffs were also friendly and provided a bright atmosphere in the morning to start your day and then a calmer atmosphere in the evening to wind down for the day.  The standard of food was very enjoyable also.

The style of hotel I found to be very comfortable and well maintained.  It is certainly a property that I would recommend to anyone coming to Bali and I look forward to my next trip here in the near future.

Please thank all the staff, unfortunately I did not get all their names, for making my stay at The Vira Bali such an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work.
