Comment about The Vira Bali Hotel

Staff                 :
Always excellent/smiley and friendly / call customer name is very nice habbit.
Service             :

Reception, bell boy, restaurant all excellent. Always good help for carry my cargo, always smile. I want to cube ice service available.

Room      :
Nice size room for my business style
Make relax always. Like a home
Nice cleaning, hopefully towel is make more softy.
If be able to supply the mosquito coil by request, especially at 1st floor.
Need something put on the chair foot, make sound when move that.

Location :
Near airport is convenience place, but I hope more mini market for small shopping such as drinks or snacks, coz my arrival time 10pm or delay, so restaurant last order by 10.30pm, I missed the food.

PC Room:
I have a very convenience for my business. Hopefully I will be able to use the internet with out purchase the card at outside shop. Better I can buy at hotel, if hotel has the card.

In GUAM, we do not have this hotel information. If you like try contacting to Continental Airline for package tour.

I will keep using The Vira Bali Hotel for my business and vacation.
